OK, now I have to get my old blogs into this one (not that there's that many), but I'd like to have everything in once place. Initial search indicates that this may not be an easy process--probably some copy/paste action will be required.

Unlike the battle with Adobe, the experience I had with Corel was very refreshing. I was bracing myself for a lengthy email chain explaining, as I had for PhotoShop, that I purchased the software (Painter Essentials) when I owned a PC, now I have a MAC and would they have a cross-platform upgrade and how much, and so on...
A day after I sent the email, I got an answer telling me that I just needed to log into my account, find my order record and download the MAC version, since the purchase covered both MAC and PC. How's that for customer service?
